Our stock list will be updated every 2 weeks.  If any items become out of stock in our store that you have purchased you will have the option to exchange it for any other item of the same value, or you will have the option to wait until we restock the items, we don’t do refunds only exchanges.

Please understand that our store is a side hustle, and we don’t do this full time.

 Working hours during school terms are as follow (Mon – Fri – 08:00 to 14:00) , and we may not be immediately available during the day. Rest assured that we will respond to your inquiries via email, or WhatsApp to assist you as soon as possible.

TAKE NOTE BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER

 We are an online business. We only keep some of our stock on hand, most of the Dubai Perfumes and Giftsets we do keep limited stock, Standard Perfumes are ordered from the warehouse the day you place and pay for the order.  

Business times does apply as mentioned above.

We would like to inform you that courier delivery times typically take about 7-10 business days. However, during busy periods, such as holidays or sales events, delays can occur, and delivery times may be longer than usual. Unfortunately, once your package is in the hands of the courier, we have no control over these delays.

We kindly ask that all interactions remain respectful and professional. While we understand frustrations can arise, please note that rude behaviour will not be tolerated as we strive to maintain a positive and respectful environment for all our customers.

Additionally, we would like to clarify that courier companies are separate entities from our business, and unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by them. We always strive to ensure that orders are processed and shipped promptly, but once the package arrives and leaves our premises, it is in the hands of the courier service. Please provide us with your full delivery details as required by the website this will eliminate incorrect deliveries, note we are not responsible for correcting these wrongful deliveries.

 You will receive an update once your parcel is packed and booked.

Delivery times may vary, December 2024 delays was eminent, please note that orders placed from the 25^th of November 2024 – 13^th of December 2024 might still be outstanding due to stock shortages and warehouses only opening now end of January 2025 these parcels will be send out as we receive our stock.
