By participating in and purchasing from Bowtiekie Auction Sales, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Condition of Items
All items sold via Bowtiekie Auction Sales are offered on an “as-is” basis. Items may include, but are not limited to:

Slightly damaged items

Open or damaged packaging

Open bottles or partially used products

AAA Grade, inspired, or non-original items

Any visible or known condition differences are inherent to auction sales and are factored into the auction pricing.

AAA Grade / Non-Original Items
Where applicable, items marked as AAA Grade are not original or authentic branded products. By bidding and purchasing, you expressly acknowledge and accept this.

No Guarantees or Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), Act 68 of 2008, Bowtiekie provides no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition, longevity, performance, or suitability of auction items.

Replacement of Items
In the event that an item cannot be supplied due to supplier delays or stock shortages, Bowtiekie reserves the right to replace the item with an alternative item of equal value, at Bowtiekie’s sole discretion.
No cash refunds will be issued in such circumstances.

No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of auction sales and discounted pricing, all auction sales are final. Items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by South African law.

By placing a bid or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this disclaimer and all related terms.
