2.1. Payment for auction baskets must be completed within 24 hours of the auction closing.
2.2. Failure to make payment within the specified time frame may result in the forfeit of your winning bid and/or restriction from future auctions.
2.3. Accepted payment methods will be outlined during the checkout process.
3. Nature of Auction Baskets
3.1. Auction baskets may contain a mix of unbranded items and AAA-grade items.
3.2. The contents of each auction basket will be clearly described to the best of our ability, but items may vary slightly in quality, appearance, or condition.
3.3. By bidding, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the items in the basket and accept them as-is.
4. Bidding Process
4.1. All bids placed are considered binding and cannot be retracted once submitted.
4.2. The highest bidder at the close of the auction will be deemed the winner and will be obligated to complete the purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Bowtiekie y Sam will not be held liable for any dissatisfaction, disputes, or losses resulting from your participation in an auction or the purchase of auction baskets.
6.2. Our liability is limited solely to facilitating the auction process and delivering the items as described.
